Nationaal Huurloket assists tenants in disputes with their landlord, for example about rent or defects. To provide complete support, we process personal data. We handle your data carefully and explain below how and why it is used.

- your tenancy agreement and attachments
- information about the rent and any defects
- correspondence with your landlord
- our advice and the steps taken on your behalf

Your file may include details about other people, such as your landlord or a co-tenant. We only process this data when it is necessary for your case.
