No cure, no pay

Nationaal Huurloket generally works on a no-cure-no-pay basis. If no rent reduction or financial result is achieved, no success fee is charged, subject to the exceptions and termination provisions in the Dutch terms.

Our fee following a successful result

For a reduction of the monthly rent, the fee is generally equal to two months of the achieved monthly reduction. When money is recovered, a success fee of 30% of the recovered amount may apply. Both components may apply when both results are achieved.

Nature of our services

We provide legal assistance and make reasonable efforts to assess and pursue a tenant's claim. Accepting a case does not constitute a guarantee of a particular result.

Your responsibilities

You must provide complete and accurate information, share relevant correspondence and inform Nationaal Huurloket about direct contact, offers or payments from the landlord or another relevant party.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for agreements concluded at a distance. If you expressly request work to start within this period, reasonable costs or the agreed fee may be due in the situations described in the Dutch terms.

Privacy and third parties

Personal data may be processed and shared with parties involved in the case, such as the landlord, Rent Tribunal, courts, legal partners and secure IT providers. Please also read our privacy policy.
